Will spam links to a single page hurt the whole site?

Hi,

I've tried many backlink packages in the past with various results. As a lot of other people I'm pretty paranoid about getting slapped by google these days.

If I buy a backlink package to a page on my site, and the links turn out to be spam (or the like), do I risk penalizing the whole site or just that single page?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Thomas

I would not recommend black hat. That said: Send the links to another domain/site/article that you control which then links to your domain. That way, you have a good chance of being able to "recover" if you are later hit.

But personally I would advice against buying link packages. Normally, I would suggest outreach and building relationships with bloggers and similar instead. Maybe more work, but you will sleep better

A simple rule of thumb if you want a long term successful website - Don't direct any links to your website that have a chance of getting it penalized.

Any, or at least most cheap SEO services will be some kind of spam or blackhat method. Don't risk it unless you are OK with your site eventually becoming penalized.

If you buy a backlink package to your a page of your site and it was discovered by Google to be SPAM. Your whole site maybe affected as well.

I don't support paid backlinks. You should build normal backlinks for your websites.

Your whole site will be penalized because that bad linkjuice from spam links, that will get like disease thru your whole website. You'll be deindexed really soon.

Yes, sometime if your site content spam, google automatically Block only the page. but sometimes they do block the whole site if they detect 2 or more spam. there are articles about what google hates and that is one of google don't like.
