According to my experience, you have to write active topic and must need to write quality content. Not simple article posting, You have to write native and quality content. Second thing, you have to select high PR Blogs those are accepting Guest Posting

I personally might flip the approach. I am assuming you have a blog? why not invite others to guest blog on your site? You will in essence get the same traffic effect without the up front friction. In turn you may find that depending on your sites content the Sites you reach out to may ask that you write for them in exchange.

I don't know how to really say this nicely...but premium websites are only going to accept premium content. Since your English is not perfect, maybe it would make more sense to focus on writing content in your own language? Take your time and deliver true quality to the site's your pitching to, and if you're still getting "no's" then you will probably have to hire someone to write the content for you.

Sorry, but there are really not any shortcuts to delivering excellent content that other people will want to publish under their brand.

Yep, its obvious from the grammar of your post that English is not your first language and your grammar skills are poor. I assume that your guest posts are quite rightly being rejected because of that.

I think you should be sharing the sample contents you've done. That would definitely help in seeing that you can share to them quality content.

Ask in forums for guest posting, there are so many blogs that offer for $$ to do guest post and you can get an article from someone or ask the blogger to write it for an additional charge.
choosing the great site means you have to pay more money or look for someone who is willing to write amd submit on that site.
