pr8 website worth and effective utilization

I am new here
We are a programming company and own a website which is PR8, i am not sure if links are allowed here or not, so i will send you snapshot of its current SEO position.
Its an old domain 10 years old and attract a decent traffic in its niche. The service has more then 1 million members worldwide. Due to heavy database load it costs us a dedicated server just to host this website. We are now planning two things, either to sold it or turn it into a profit making website for us and for that purpose need your opinion.
1) Need to know if we sell how much money we can get through it?
Option 2) We plan to turn it into a wordpress responsive site with blog and sponsored posts to earn some sponsored post income from it. But not sure how much income can be made through this per month since we are not much into SEO Industry.
