Best way to get quality links for water damage site

I am doing SEO for a national water damage company. I have used stuff like senuke a lot in the past with pretty good results (a couple years ago).

I am now trying to get high quality links but they seem hard to come by in this niche.

Internet marketers and stuff like that can easily get other internet marketers to talk about them, but with water damage you cannot get your site on other water damage sites. I am trying facebook and other social media but you cannot really get people to share water damage stuff.

I do have some stuff that I am doing that is working pretty good. I am doing some blog commenting and stuff on related sites but no one in any industry even close to water damage will let a water damage company get a link.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So, you need rare and high quality backlinks. Hope below sources will help you:

    1. Wikipedia
    2. Blog/Website of NGOs or Social organizations. (You must contribute for the link)
    3. Health related blogs
    4. Make a PDF guide on similar topic and spread the PDF as mush as you can.
    5. Make slide presentation and share via slideshare and other similar sites.

In case of social sharing, use highly attractive quotes with your link. People are more likely to share quotes.

How would a health related blog be even remotely relevant to a site about water damage, which by the way could be something covered by home owners or business insurance. Hint hint

      Contact

      insurance agents who sell insurance
      mortgage brokers
roofers (unless your company does roofing too)
window replacement companies (unless yours does this too)
      real estate agents
      landscapers
      real estate attorneys
      insurance adjusters
      architects
hvac people (unless your company does this)
      home inspectors
      property managers

Suggest link exchanges or ask them if they need help with their blog, you give them a nice article for a link or two.

Since they're national, you get many cities to pick from!

Give the company a refund and move on before you crush their business. You obviously don't know what to do.

It begs a more than a few questions...

Why would a national water damage company hire someone who does not know what they are doing?

Why would a national water damage company need to worry about SEO?
I mean, I see servepro on tv all the time....

Why would a national water damage company not be advertising?

Why would a water damage company not have all this figured out, by
      themselves, before actually going, "national"?

    Wow, where to start here....

Was expecting some advice not to be ripped and treated like I know nothing.

Why would they need to worry about SEO...Umm really? Servpro spend millions on SEO...The company I am working for is on t.v also

They have been national for a very long time...
They get business and there business from the internet has improved a lot since I took over the SEO.

I have done a lot with insurance and different construction sites giving them stuff like that like articles and blog posts about preventing water damage, mold etc. I have been active on a lot of the water damage/carpet cleaning forums etc.

I wrote this post early this morning and was only half awake, so maybe it sounded bad.

I rarely post on Warrior Forum but am planning on posting more just hope I don't get slammed every time I come on here.

Thank you very much for the advice and criticism.
