Due to a glitch at the registrar, the domain names became "inactive" as far as having them point to the name servers; thus, the sites did not show up on the internet. I just found out. (I have quite a few sites and just missed it, it is a minor sites.) Does this hurt SEO? I need to work on this site to improve its SEO.

You would think Ipower registrar would contact me a second time to make sure. They said they sent an approval email to confirm contact info but I didn't get it. I am not thrilled with Ipower over the years. They have another clone company, I can't recall which one it is.

If it hurt it, will SEO juice come back now that it is up again?

If your domain is up and running again your SEO results should come back to where they were real soon. This happened to me also and when the domain was active again the results came back to. Google will just reindex your site.

I know what happened because the Registrar told me -- he said they sent an email to confirm ICAAN info two months ago and that I didn't click to confirm. (I did not see the email and a search of my inbox does not find it.)

Wow, 8 weeks is a lot of time! It affected your SEO for sure, but don't panic, with a little effort from your part things should get back to normal.
Is it possible that, when you provided them with your email, you made a mistake (like, misspelling your email)? Maybe it's the reason why you didn't get it.

It will affect your rankings negatively. I'll suggest you move on with another web host if lingers.
