Hi Everyone,
Just out of an interest, when you send email to webmasters for backlink what kind of email do you send to ask for backlinks? What type of email will get us the deal?

    Depends on what you are offering to the webmaster for doing that.

    If you are just randomly emailing webmasters asking for a link then just make the subject line "Spam" and say "I want a link, link to this page (include the URL) or I will keep bothering you and wasting both your time and mine."

    Or develop a unique approach and offer the webmaster something of value, even if it's just something that will improve an existing piece content on their site.

    You send out what SEO experts call link outreach or prospecting email.

    The idea or goal behind such email messages is to kind of request for link placement in a page of their website.

    It has to crafted with the webmaster in question at heart. It's vitally important you personalize each outreach email you send.

    Normally for backlinks we preferably deploy the guest post for sending out emails. Rest of the things are also there which rarely needs emails to be sent out.

    Basically we send out emails requesting the webmasters for a guest post on their website. Other than that whenever we are in requirement of sending out requests for adding a link in the resource part, that also goes out in form of a request email.

    Usually, will send mail only for guest post. We use the below format:

    Tell your (Name), webmaster at (your website url) and Drop a line about complimenting the website. Tell them that you were looking around at a few different site for latest (your domain) news and reviews and definitely thought their website is one of the best.

    Mention that you would like to contribute high-quality and positive articles for their website. And the articles will have just one reference to your own website with one back-link.

    At the end, tell that you are waiting for their favorable reply.
