Help Top Ranked Site But Not Sure What To DO

I started a wordpress blog about a year ago I think. It was just to write about life and stuff going on just a personal blog. I am a pastor that has not had a church for about a year so I uploaded my resume onto the site and just gave a quick blurb about it. I usually blog something once a week at times it has been longer.
Anyway today I noticed that I ranked 1 in google for Youth Pastor Resume and 2 For Pastor Resume. I have gotten more traffic to my site as a result. Not a ton or anything but more than usual. I added some adsense and have made a whopping 14 cents of one click ha. I was curious if anyone had any ideas on something I could do to maybe earn something off this site?
