I got a few keywordsfrom google keyword planner, now, the real question is do i use these keywors in ALL of my posts? Or do I have to find new keywords for every post that I make.

And also should I include them in my homepage?

Sorry I am totally new at SEO.

First of all you have decided that on what keywords you have to focus for searching. After that you have selected that keywords in your on-page keyword description and after that you can focus 1-2 keywords per post.

You need to get them put in throughout your title, description, and page content - but don't overdue it...Say you had the keyphrases: Cheap Web Hosting, Linux Web Hosting, and Shared Web Hosting..You'd wanna get all of these in your title, but don't wanna overuse the words "web hosting"..so you might do something like this..
Cheap Shared Web Hosting Plans | Affordable Linux Web Host

The title above would be less than 60 characters, contains all of your keyphrases..and then some.

You'd wanna do the same thing throughout your content..maybe use the exact phrases once or twice..but have the individual words mixed into the content some more.

As you talking about posts so I would consider you're having a blog and want to rank it for various keywords.

In my opinion you should create category for your main keywords, and then publish relevant posts containing your main keywords in that category. This will increase the value of your categories and increases the chance to rank it on various search engines including Google.

First of all you have to decide for what keyword you have to make your website to be displayed while searching. After that, we have to decide the AT's related to keywords and after that, we have to do link building using those AT's in your niche related websites and also you have to do forum posting, blog commenting and so on and finally you have to promote your website in social websites such as facebook, twitter, youtube, pinterest and google+. By doing all these you can make your website to be placed in first page for the keyword you have done the link building.

Use these keywords in title, metals, meta description and in home page content also.
But take care of keyword density. Do not overuse the same keywords. Try to make changes and write some unique title with your keywords.

Well keywords should be different for different posts. Interesting engagements would come up only with the different keywords that would be helpful in taking the users as well as search engines in a absolutely different aspect to rank and perform better in the search engines.

The idea with keywords is to use them everywhere you can, but not to exaggerate. Use them in your domain name (if you don't have one already), use the in your titles, your articles, your descriptions ecc., ecc. However, don't use too many of them. If you write an article about the XYS keyword, don't try to force the use of other keywords if they're not relevant to your article. Just use them in a natural way.

Well you see I am using SEO by Yoast plugin on wordpress and it wants you to set a Focus keyword and use the same focus keyword throughout your title, content, meta, etc for you to get a "Green Light" mark on how relevant your article is based on the keywords that you provided. Is this also the right thing to do?

Also, when I am promoting my blog on other blogs and forums, how do I need to set up the post? Obviously I don't think you would wanna be like "Come check out my Blog" and leave a link in the post.
