I've bought a domain one day ago. Name (http://www.massagechairforsale.com)

But it has 1215 backling. I'm affraind about Google panalty. Anyone check this website and give some opinion.

Only 301 Active Backlinks , most of them are good.

You can disawow all links anytime you want. Just sign up for Google Webmaster's Tools and use the Disavow Tool. Of course, if some of the the links are good, then leave them there

Don't need to be worried about it, just go ahead and start your business on it. As Slade556 said that you can use Google disallow to remove bad backlinks so it not a big deal.

Just make sure the whois data has changed accordingly, Google will track whois data all the time. Usually it wont hurt you. Also you can disavow the back-links.
