Hi

If I submit a link disavow request to google for a website can I list the individual URL's as well as the domain: badseowebpage.com to ensure that if the link cannot be found on the individual URL it will be found with the domain: badseowebpage.com query.

Or, is it just better to make a whole list with just domain : badseowebpage.com

Which ever is easier for you. Last time I did this it was easier just to get a full list of links, but a previous time it was all just one domain that was giving one of our clients bad juice, so I just added the single line for domain: website.com

If you are using google webmaster tools, they let you download a list of each page, which is easily added to the txt file and uploaded.

Yes, you can do this like this in a text file.

If you want to block the entire domain, use this in txt file

    domain: bad-domain.com

If you want to block a url, put the whole url in,without domain:

So for a site domain and url you might do the following.

    domain: bad-domain.com
    bad-domain.com/this-is-a-normal-url

If the domain includes www. then include that as well, make sure you remove the / at the end of the .com or whatever extension it is. So if you had bad-domain.com/ you would list it as bad-domain.com in the list.

I tend to block complete domains, and not bother about the occasional link here and there, i would imagine if the page has spam on it, blocking one page might look suspicious, hard to say, hence i chose to block domains only.
