Why does google ignore about the duplicate content on this site?

Hi,

I noticed the site One Search Engine, 10 Million Tech Posts, 150 Million Tech Replies is appearing for most of the keywords without a problem although this site has a lots of duplicate content on its body. Almost 99% of the content is scraped from other sites.

I am wondering why isn't google angry about the duplicity of the content in this site and still has not ban it?

  • Because that is not duplicate content. That is syndicated content. There is a difference.

  • Alexa Rank in the US = 2701
    It means, that this website is userfull for people. Why should Google ban it?

  • I wants to give my answer with an example

    Think abc.com is first website and def.com is an another website, provide same services or same products. But way of writing content is different means syndicated content (Way of writing words). Then its not spam work on eye of of Google.

    If you provide that link i can check if it is duplicate content or not.. If duplicate content then i sure that google will penalized.
