Hi Warrior Forum Denizens! I work at a marketing agency and our in-house SEO Specialist is taking a leave of absence due to health reasons. Finding a replacement who is physically located near our office has been a challenge, so we are expanding our search to include working remotely with other specialists currently located in the U.S.
Where to find a full time SEO?

Hi Warrior Forum Denizens!
I work at a marketing agency and our in-house SEO Specialist is taking a leave of absence due to health reasons. Finding a replacement who is physically located near our office has been a challenge, so we are expanding our search to include working remotely with other specialists currently located in the U.S.
I've started to put out feelers and well, you can imagine the sheer volume of unqualified responses (I have been an SEO myself, so these are easy to spot). I would really like to tap into a better qualified pool of applicants since this is a 40 hour a week position and we would like to have this person be a real member of our team.
Do you have any tips on where to look for such a candidate? Sites to use or specific consultants you've had good experiences with? I'm already checking Indeed, Craigslist, Mashable and submitted a post to the Warrior for Hire section that I'm awaiting approval for. I just want to make sure we're throwing the widest net possible.
Thanks, all.
P.S. Trying to keep this post broadly informational on the topic of where to find candidates, so please PM me if you are interested in the actual position.
