    Hi Helen,

    The only true way to get "permanent" contextual backlinks is to control the PBN that the links are built on.

    Websites go down all the time, so it can be difficult to guarantee permenancy (is that a word?)

    Fiverr can be a good place, in fact I sell them on fiverr. And like Jeff said, you really do get what you pay for...
