Guys its really urgent.

I want to know when you get score: 22 for your keywords in long tail pro do you consider it to be a good keyword?

The one that is highlighted last one. Would you set up something around this keyword?

Local is USA: 4K+ and Global: 18K+ ?

What average competitiveness score should be?

    According to Spencer......

If you aren’t familiar with the KC calculation in Long Tail Platinum, here are general rules to follow:
    – Anything below 30 is generally low competition and should be analyzed further
    – The low to mid 30’s are often medium competition keywords. This means you can rank for them, but you’ll probably need some domain authority and backlinks in addition to your on page SEO to get there.
    – Around 40 and above are pretty high competition, meaning the top 10 is often dominated by high authority sites that have done a good job of zeroing in on that keyword. It may take quite a bit of time and effort to crack the top 10.

Less than 35 in long tail pro is good, less than 30 is easy to rank.

But the screenshot you have added shows, those keywords do not have any advertiser competition. That is to be analysed a bit. If you are going to built adsense sites, if you get traffic you will make money. But if there are no advertisers, you will have no relevant ads and hence low paying ads or irrelevant ads.

It can be a good kw, check your competitors sites manually to see their link building strategy etc.. But this seems to be easy to rank kw.
