You're not, but you're competing in a very saturated niche. Just make sure you're also very eating your keyword, and not using one specific term, make sure they're related terms like "sex toys" or "pleasure doll" or things that show that it's not just that one term you're trying to keywords stuff, and that your website is actually generally about that topic.

It seems you're already doing this well anyway, but those are just my thoughts.

Ok, i kinda got worried today as i had my categories all with the same name:

Sex doll real love sex dolls 5ft3" (etc)......so i took all those sex dolls away and i think that is better already.

Pleasure Doll

Silicone Doll

In the old days you could just spam 'sex doll' but now it's almost to not optimize in order to optimize. I know that the market is saturated, but what i am selling, i dont see so many of them.

I think you are. The words "sex doll" are on that page in one way or another 40 times. There are other words with sex doll but I would de-optimize it a little bit or try to use other words like Martine says.
