Keywords cannot rank on Google 1st Page

Hello Warrior Friends

From last two month I have worked on 1 Keyword "lederhosen" but still keywords cannot achieve Google 1st page rank, so need your help

If you have know any good link building activities for improve my keywords ranking then please let me know, I have already done, Blog, Article, PR and other content marketing activities but still this keyword rank not achieved

For On Page of website, i have already done all things

I hope you provide me better solutions for these, if any paid link building activities then also suggest me but after spend money on that I will need result

    Article Submission (Particular article would be created and published for particular submission only)

    Some fast Article approval website:
    sooperarticles.com
    isnare.com

    Blog Creation (Don't use keywords in blog, It should look user friendly)
    Press Release Submission (prlog.org and prweb.com are the best option)
    Blog commenting (Use only quality blogs for blog commenting don't use instant approval blogs. It can hurt your rankings)

    Don't you think it's too early to start complaining?

    It's extremely difficult to rank for one single keyword, have you tried ranking for long tail keywords as well? You might have much better chances if you target long tail keywords, instead of just the one.

    May be the keyword is too competitive and you haven't done what it takes to rank the keyword.

    analyze the first 5 results in the first page, the keyword density they used, their backlink sources, content and do the same.

    It is very tough but not impossible. As you said, you have done whole off page activities for getting ranking but you have not gotten any profit, So that you check your website on page again now and improve your on page error.

    i know it's taught to rank 1 word keywords on Google 10 Result but i have already rank on 2nd page just need to little push to achieve 1 page ranking
