Deliberate negative SEO on my site

Can anyone help with this, i looked in my webmaster tools today and found bunch what i think are bad links pointed at my site. (porn related) they nothing to do me at all. I don't rank for any keywords at all the best being on page 3, don't remember upsetting anyone either. It appeared to be a sum-what legit website but looking at it, i think it's sole purpose is to be used as a bad street if you like.

This is the URL "kastotec.com" , (the backlinks point at this site are also porn related) I was and still may contact the webmaster and ask if they could remove them but think i will be wasting my time. then my email address will end up getting spammed. I don't think the links are hurting me at all as my position in the serp's have not changed (YET) but i have no real rankings either. My question is, what do you do if some decides to do this to?
Not keen on using Disavow tool as i thinks it's sole purpose was to help guilty webmasters out and I'm not convinced about using it, as it may have some kind of penalty incurred if you go there.

    Man, don't be so scared. Google is pretty good detecting these things. You can still disavow them without worries, it's not for "guilty" webmasters, is for worried webmasters like you.

    You don't have to worried Disavow all these bad link..........Lets told you interested story, 2 month previous, I got a new contract for SEO, related security etc. When I analysis the website i have found so many bad links, then i will use webmasters Disavow tool and Disavow these links, and i got amazing results, Now this website properly indexed and ranked on the first page of google.
