    You're dreaming or getting scammed.

    PR is for individual pages, something like a PR9 is a going to be a scam where the buyer advertises something stupid like a PR9 backlink but they'll say the Home page is a PR9. What they won't tell you is your actual backlink will be buried on a PRn/a or PR0 internal page.

    In other words, the link is useless for SEO.

    BTW, public PR was last updated in 2013.

    Here is my suggestions for get traffic from Google and rank for front page:
    * Post unique quality content
    * Post them regularly
    * Must have Long tail keyword
    * Good index
    * High quality backlink
    and so on. May it helps you.

    Yukon already pointed out the obvious. I'd just like to point out that this first line here is another giant red flag.

    They're trying to get you to believe that the front page PR matters, but also implying that .edu and .gov are somehow special. PR n/a on any TLD is PR n/a. This is the sort of lie that helps you to recognize a scammer.

    No, spam links are bad. Automating parts of your SEO can help you.

    It`s not so good to use Automatic SEO services in 2015. Try to focus on natural ways.

    If you pay for these services, you'll be wasting your money.
    You should know that, whatever sounds way too good to be true, it probably isn't!
    You're better off building backlinks manually, it will take you a lot longer than 30 days, but it will help you, instead of hurt your website like this "seo service" will.
