    No. It will not. Those are a bunch of nearly worthless links.

    None of them have high PR.

    One thing to always keep in mind is that if 1000s of other people are also going to the well, the water will be long gone before you get there with your cup.

    Social Bookmarks have been bled dry. Remember when Facebook used to be dofollow? That's a distant memory for some, unknown by others.

    If you can find a solid SEO to teach you how to build a PBN, then do that. It's a fine line to toe, but it can work. However, NOTHING works every time for every niche.

    Those websites won't help you much, maybe in terms of getting more traffic. But joyanto has a point, write high quality articles, you might just get backlinks thanks to good quality content.
