get a Bing webmaster account and submit the sitemap of your site there.

To index faster in bing webmaster tool you can add your blog link in that which is not indexed by search engine..

You can also use services like pingler and similar services to get a fast indexing.

After creating a post submit it on Bing - Submit your Site to Bing within 15 minutes it will index your content.
