Crazy SERP ?

Hello fellow members, today I have come across pretty strange result. Was doing some research and found that this website - Baby headbands, hats and hairclips for children. From £2.99 and quick UK delivery. is ranked 1 on Google.co.uk (in children's accessories). Have looked at the website and it seems like it has only 4 Dofollow backlinks from Totally Free Advertisements In Your Local Town., and the rest of the backlinks are Nofollw (mostly blog comments). I have a strange suspicion about this website, it does look like PBN is involved in here...
Could anybody confirm my suspicion ? I simply don't find a reason for this website to rank so high. No content, no backlinks... Well apart from couple of keywords in domain's name...

      I have used long tail and general search terms associated with children's hair accessories - headbands etc. Here is an example - "baby headbands", babybooheadbands.co.uk outranks amazon.co.uk ? Any ideas / thoughts as to why this is happening ?

    when i type "baby headbands" in google, that site is no where to be found in the SERP
    it must have something to do with local search results for you i think

    Both the sites don't appear on google.com as well as google uk.

      It has something to do with local rankings, but if you use this keyword "baby headbands" and type it into google.co.uk, you will see the website. Anyway, could somebody shed some light as to why website (babybooheadbands.co.uk) with no content and no backlinks, outranks some bigger rivals (amazon for example) ?

      The only reasonable explanation so far I have in my mind is the fact that domain has two relevant keywords - "baby" and "headbands"....On the other hand, I have checked few more websites related to the same category and all sites seem to have backlinks, and at least some content. This website has no content at all (very short product descriptions) and no bancklinks (apart from few dofollow backlinks in classifieds).

      Totally confused.
