Better Keyword Placement in Wordpress Post?

Hi friends,

I wanna know How many places We should insert the Keyword in Blog Post of Wordpress?

I mostly use insert keyword into these places whenver I write a post in wordpress.

1. Start of the Title
2. Start of the Message Body
3. End of the Message Body
4. Permalink
5. Meta Tags
6. Image Alt Field
7. Image Name
8. Meta Description

If you know more places then share here your experience. Thanks in advance

  • Title, Description, Tags, Meta Keywords, Image Name, ALT Tags, H1 or some kind of Bold/Heading text, and a couple times within the content itself, in no particular places.
  • Starting and ending Para of content, alt tag ,title tag, title of post, post labels, post comments.
