plugins are not the solutions of this issue. use responsive themes it make you tension free about the user device. i always use responsive themes.

I've been using responsive designs for a while now, I think it's the best option to make a website mobile friendly. Plugins may help, but you can't rely solely on them, you're better off changing the design altogether.
