My Backlinks in google webmaster tools are not shown & they are shown in alexa.com what is the reasons behind this please help me. My websites is for women safety app...

Google webmaster tools is a horrible place to look for links. They rarely show the whole picture and the data is always extremely outdated. For backlink checking I recommend http://ahrefs.com over majestic.

You can buy a report for like $5 off Fiverr as well rather than buying a full subscription.
