i am very confused for which is the best for me

i had penalty site since 2 years because of over optimized anchor txt and i did everything to bring it back but nothing helped me
so i made new domain with 302 redirect as advised by top 3 seo guys here

new domain works fine for just 2 months then get dead again and dropped to the same position of old domain

more details here
http://www.warriorforum.com/search-e...ed-google.html

i made deep analyzed on my site and found a lot of big issues in on-page, site speed load, structure , etc

then bought new theme, fixed everything especially speed and content issues and then make new domain with 302 redirect again

my redirect setup is now as following
.com (302 redirect) / .net
.co (302 redirect) / .net

first domain :- .com (penalty because of over optimized anchor txt)
second domain :- .co (penalty because of low content, very bad speed loading and other on-page factors)

i read a lot of topics about this on internet and all said 301 is the best , 302 is very bad choice

also, i found another site made 301 for his old domain and his new domain works fine since 8months and keep raising

so, did i made something wrong ?
how to fix it ?

P.S.: new domain (.net) is just 5 days old

I have no idea what all you're doing but you transferred the old links with the 301/302.

Doubtful you over optimized anchor-text, more like crappy backlink sources.

...and the 2nd domain via any 301/302 redirect.

So it's a "movie download" site? Well, Google does have a "pirate" algorithm that may affect your site.

I'm not an expert on backlink penalties, but it seems that you've potentially transferred your old penalty to your new site. It's the same bad backlinks, and perhaps even a cumulative dose of them.

but the redirect is 302 which it shouldn't pass any backlinks

Again, I'm no expert on the finer details of spam link recovers and redirects, but as far as I know Google might consider even something like Javascript a "proper redirect" if their spider sees it.

Do you have Webmaster Tools? That's the obvious place to start.

Yes, i have and i keep focus on it all the time
actually my first notice is on first domain redirect
Google bring all backlinks from old domain
all of them i saw it in new domain webmaster page

that's why i fixed everything in on-page factors then started
    on new domain again

    but my confuse is
    should i use 302 or 301 redirect
