      So I can build as many backlinks as i can in a day manually .

      One more Question

      Should i concentrate on Backlinks to domain page or internal pages ?
      and
      what should be my anchor text ?
      Two word primary keyword ? or a long tailed keyword or semantic keywords ? or mixture of all ?

    I'll say this is also based in niche. I had a website in health niche in first month I created 900 links all from high authority sites and the all were genuine in looks. I wasn't warned for any manual spam.
    But, when I did this for electronic cigarettes in third month I got a message about manual spam and then I used disavow and requested a review. Now, every thing will depend upon the quality of back links and the niche you choose.

    0 per day because i am assuming those 100 links per day are crappy so you should completely avoid them. How the heck can you find 100 good quality backlinks per day ?

    But if you really have some sort of magical store of hundreds of quality backlinks, go ahead and build as many as you like.
