SEO Spyglass vs Ahrefs

Hey,

I really like the feature for SEO SPyglass where I can filter out backlinks whether they're a blog/forum/homepage link etc.

Can ahrefs do that?

I hear though that ahrefs is really #1 at the moment in terms of tracking links.

I wasn't really a fan of majestic SEO either...

    If you already have SpyGlass, it does not really matter if Ahrefs can do it or not. Just import the links into SpyGlass and analyze them from there.

      So just stick with spyglass? Not sure if you meant "just import the links into ahrefs and analyze them from there."

      I do like the one time payment on spyglass though.

        I mean that you can download the links from Ahrefs and import the list into SpyGlass. Then analyze the data in SpyGlass.

        You have to have a subscription to Ahrefs to do it and I do not think the free version of SpyGlass will allow it.

        Ahrefs database is better than the WebMeUp database SpyGlass uses.

    Got it. I guess I can do that too. Luckily spyglass is a one time fee.

    I currently have SEM rush, link research tools, and NOW getting into ahrefs and spyglass.
    Using hootsuite, but you had mentioned a better platform as well.

    Anything else that I need? Or this is good enough for me to get going!
