Hi everyone,
"Its my first post on the forum"
I was thinking to change my home page from static to dynamic one (spitz nain: Connaissez et achetez votre spitz nain par ici ). Is this will affect my SEO?
Thanks

Going to a dynamic home page is a horrible idea. There is really zero benefit. Only negatives. Screws up your site and internal linking structure. They will always be in flux. The content on the home page is always changing, which can be a very bad thing if that is the page you are trying to rank.

    I would not do it.

I have heared that google will penalize websites that use landing pages to get ranked on certain queries
Is that true how could this affect my website?
    Thanks

    Hey Guys,
You mean statics website(HTML only) and dynamic website(PHP, ASP, JSP).

There is not big issue but only one difference between static and dynamic website pages for SEO, that are URLs. it does not matter regarding to Search Engine Optimization whether a web site is a static or dynamic.need make to sure all of the URL are user friendly. Lastly i would like to suggest you, focus on work and Get quality back ink, I think you got good result.

    Thanks

I think you might have landing pages and doorway pages confused. Google has claimed they do not like doorway pages.

      Landing page

The webpage where people end up after they click a link.

      Doorway pages

      [source]
Doorways are sites or pages created to rank highly for specific search queries. They are bad for users because they can lead to multiple similar pages in user search results, where each result ends up taking the user to essentially the same destination. They can also lead users to intermediate pages that are not as useful as the final destination.

Here are some examples of doorways:
      • Having multiple domain names or pages targeted at specific regions or cities that funnel users to one page
      • Pages generated to funnel visitors into the actual usable or relevant portion of your site(s)
      • Substantially similar pages that are closer to search results than a clearly defined, browseable hierarchy

So why in the world would Google hate a landing page? Isn't every result that shows up in their SERP technically a landing page?

      You are worrying too much.
