Hi Friends,
How many links do i need for rank #1.

My competitors page getting:

PA- 1
DA- 94
Target Out Rank Page Backlink- 0
Whole Web Backlink- 2,770,366 links from 40,701 Root Domains
Keyword Density: Low
Keyword in Tile, Meta: Present
Content Length: Less than 500 words

Please give me some opinion. I'm waiting for your valuable opinion.

    I would always recommend to generate backlinks from good and authority websites. Does not matter if the count of backlinks is less, what actually help is to get backlink from authority website. This will improve your website authority on search engines. People use to do more social bookmarkings and directory submissions to increase backlink count which is totally wrong. I would recommend to do SEO with proper SEO techniques including social media marketing, blogging, participating in discussion communities etc. This things work slowly yet effectively.

      sameera could not say it better then this, actually you cannot build backlinks from "orphan pages" which means backlinks redirect to your webpage with no others backlinks following.

      try to build high quality backlinks and it doesn't even have to be a massive amount of backlinks indeed the only thing that actually matter is the quality and not the number

    Nothing you shared provides any information about the strength of that site's rankings.

    Even if it did, there is no correct answer to give you. Not all links are equal. It might take 3 links. It might take 3,000 links. Depends on the strength of the links.

      My targeting keyword competing with more than 70 domain authority. They home page backlink high. But competing page backlink less competitive or i'll outrank competing page backlink easily.

      Worry about high authority? Any effect for their high authority?

        Domain Authority really has nothing to do with rankings.

    The details you gave are still not enough. You would really need to use a website like Ahrefs or Majestic to analyze your competitors websites and see how many links they have. It also depends on how much authority the links going to your site are. If you have 100 crappy low authority links and they have 10 extremely relevant and high quality links - they will probably still outrank you.

    We can't set such kind of figure in SEO. Its depend on your back link quality and website content. If you have only 100 back link but all back links are relevant and good then you can see good improvement.

    There is no right answer to your question. And even if there were a specific number of links, your competitors will always try to be better than you, so you should constantly focus on getting quality backlinks. Once you get to the top, nobody can guarantee you'll also stay there!
