What are the best tools for identifying harmful links?

Paid and free. Obviously webmaster tools is one, but what else is out there that you would recommend?

    If you are willing to pay then I will recommend to use the 'LinkReasearchTools' & 'Link Detox', they are very good and provides good customer service.

    Back-links which have good page ranks are links which are not harmful. There are some which are useful and these are paid tools.

    I only use Google's Webmaster Tools, it's enough for me. Besides, all products from Google are supposed to be more accurate than many others.
