New business card website, when backlink?

Hello,
In the difference websites or niche, I will do first a great contents/articles and then make backlinking, but with a new website that is like to a business card with very few words how can I do for have a the first page google for my domain keywords?

Absolutely is not a competitive key, is just a name of person.

Consider that is a new website..

What is your opinion?

    The page itself might not have allot of words, but it will have a Title tag and it will have a meta description tag. Be sure to include the keyphrase in both. To go along with that, you should also have at least some text on the page..and include the keyphrase in there too.. Or maybe make the keyphrase as a headline/heading title on the page somewhere. Finally, just get lots of good quality backlinks with your keyphrase as the anchor text.
