are .co .info and .today names harder to rank than .com?

  • No. Google doesn't discriminate against extension. A .info can rank just the same as a .com can. The only time there is a difference would be if it's a ccTLD extension like DE or IN.
  • All are same in the eyes of the Search Engines.
  • All the same. But I prefer using .com domains.

  • No. Domain extensions have nothing to do with ranking. But always .com and .org are considered as the primary domain.

    Google doesn't care what is the extension of a site. All are same in Google's eye.
