No. Google doesn't discriminate against extension. A .info can rank just the same as a .com can. The only time there is a difference would be if it's a ccTLD extension like DE or IN.

All are same in the eyes of the Search Engines.

All the same. But I prefer using .com domains.

No. Domain extensions have nothing to do with ranking. But always .com and .org are considered as the primary domain.

Google doesn't care what is the extension of a site. All are same in Google's eye.
