The main objective of blog commenting should be interactive session. Remember whenever you are commenting on a blog it should be a kind of discussion either focusing on your views on the blog post. Take a point from the blog post and elaborate on the same that would attract the author's attention and subsequently he will reply you in return. This is going to be natural link building tactics.

Never thought about it before, but probably they would be-

1. Obvious you should read full blog post first before commenting, read every para, every line.
2. While commenting, Mention your doubt in detail if you are not satisfied with any of author's opinion.
3. Avoid short messages in blog commenting like - Thanks, Nice Post.
4. It is better to ask about any further suggestion or sharing your own experience which is related to blog post.
4. Avoid linking of any useless site that is not helpful for blog/post readers. (Spamming)
5. Do not insult anyone in comment and never use bad words.

I do not think there are special rules for comment in a blog, the important thing is always respond according to the main topic using good language and education.

Do not comment just for the sake of it, make sure that:
- Your comment mentions a detail from the blog post, for not just "Great post!".
- Related to the conversation flow. So if everyone is already in a heated discussion, at least give some insights about it.
- Do not use keywords or only your blog name in the 'Name' field.
- Be careful when including more than 1 link in your comment, it might trigger the automatic spam filter.

How do you interact in a sane normal discussion? It's the same about blogs. Drop a comment if you have something constructive helpful to say. Express your opinion and don't be afraid to point out the things you disagree with. Of course, make sure you fully read and understood the article.

The URL for every blog entry is likewise something you can adjust. The main step is to verify you are utilizing pursuit agreeable URLs.

According to me blog commenting is not so useful but if you want to do this then your answer should be easy to understand with good english.

I think blog comment has value. And this also refer traffic though. But this must be relevant sites with good pages and content as well. No bad neighbourhood or anything like that.

Just want to add one point, if you go for blog commenting then you can focus on not just doing it for the heck of it but do provide some value to the content. I mean you should add your views or points to make your comment more meaningful. And avoid spamming it.

First you should read the blog and comments before placing your own comments, Please don't spam always add value and focus on educating people then place your blog signature, this helps your blog with backlinking
