This is my inquiry on when I'm going to take a domain name for my business. What do you think a keyword based domain name best for getting the Google rank or Brand is important then keywords?

There may be many debates. But, I need a clear decision to choose my domain name with your worthwhile opinion.

    Hi,

Making a best keyword using brand name and use it as a domain name. It is also the best idea to crawl that website quickly.

I would say keywords, but if you want to become a true authority (though it will take more effort but greater payoffs, e.g. a powerful brand domain can rank for a lot of different keywords), then go for brand domain.

I think that it really depends on your niche, your competition, and what is available. If you can get a nice exact match targeted domain name that might be a very viable option. Another thing that you might consider is going for a keyword rich brandable name. I would worry about having a domain that you like the most and is the most professional/memorable and with enough work it will work its way up in the rankings.

    Depends on your goals.

If you can combine brand name and keyword, much better.

If you want to become anything like amazon.com or bankoramerica.com or yelp.com, brand.

If you want to make some (even good) money but not become a millionnaire, keyword is faster.

Branding is very important, I think. Focus more on branding and less to keyword stuffed domain name.

If you want to build website just for the sake of promotion and want to earn some money, then you can choose keyword based domain.

Else if you are looking for long term business plan, I would recommend catchy domain names which will be easily remembered and sounds good.

in my opinion, both are equally important. without brand key word can't work and without keyword brand can't work... if trustworthy brand is not there then people can't buy anything.....

First I'm so sorry for bothering you my dear Friends. Since I'm a newbie in this territory, So I want to make me more clear about this. Today, I just found something about EMD. Could you tell me please, are these concepts make any conflict to EMD or not?

      Thank you friends!

If you go for branding, your site can't be on a EMD. However, you can have the EMD and the brand name domain and redirect the brand to the EMD.

At some point, when your brand is established and you're making money, you'll put up a site on the brand domain and you end up with 2 awesome websites.
