Resource box question

What's the best way to word my resource box or bio/author box when I submit an article. My sites are built for adsense so I don't have a free ebook or report to pass on.

Right now I have a generic one that just says what my website is about and click here to read more about ....

will this work or should I do something different???

  • Fantastic,

I will definately try that, thank you.

    Anybody else have an opinion???
  • A resource box like this will not have a good CTR. The solution: Test the CTR and find out what works.

You don't have to offer a free report to get a high CTR. You could say something like "For a free guide click here" or "free tips visit now".

You should make the curious and then tell them what to do.

"Want to know the secrets of..."
    "3 things to avoid..."
    "Little known secrets about.."
    etc.

  • My articles are for adsense as well and some of my best boxes have been written like this

Learn more about "insert anchor link" and other tips to keep your whatever in top shape at http://www.sitewhatever.com

I also wrtite more how to articles as opposed to general info stuff now. The how to articles tend to get higher CTRS for me.

    • A lot of my best ctr articles have been from using a question in terms of using the targeted kw.

"Do you really think what your paying is considered (cheap car insurance)? To find out more, visit (homepage) where you'll find this and much more! If it's car insurance, we have you covered!"
