    Why do you keep posting these beginner questions? Shouldn't someone at SEO Click India already know this stuff?

    It's pretty obvious why you might want to declare the language, but Google is going to override that setting if they feel that you're wrong.

    Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
