      1. Asking other people to click your ads
      2. Joining a program that promises you that people will click your ads if you click their ads
3.Telling all your friends about your sites
      4. Exchanging adsense code with other people or programs

I also would like to know: Why is it that we shouldn't tell our friends about our sites? What is the issue with that? And also why shouldn't we use traffic exchanges? I have always been told those were great for traffic.

      Hi Launder,

Google wants advertisers and advertisers don't want to pay for fraudulent clicks so Google doesn't want fraudulent clicks.

Often, well meaning friends will click your ads because they like you, friends who don't like you may click your ads to get you in trouble. Both situations might get your account revoked.

Traffic exchanges are explicitly not allowed for AdSense publishers in their Terms of Service. Traffic Exchange services are mostly fake traffic.

How about always make sure you have a privacy policy stating that your advertisers may use 3rd party cookies. That new requirement google added for those of us running adsense! Don't forget that!
