Are you referring to results of how many back links you have ore the pages you are trying to rank. This depends on the quality of the links you are building especially the authority of the links. It also depends on the content of the website those links point to and the anchor text in the links.

What a choir of parrots in this thread. Yes, quality is important, but "high PR website" does not mean anything. Sites do not have Pagerank, and you don't usually get any link on the front page of an authoritative site.

If you're doing blog commenting, social media posting, forum signatures, social bookmarking etc. the right answer is very likely "never". The links are nofollow, and they will not help.

If your effort concentrates on a few keywords, and you manage to get some decent backlinks, you may see some results in 2-3 weeks. But there's no quarantees, and it may very well be never.

Depends on how tough the competition. If it's really easy, you could be #1 in days. If it's really hard, you might never make it to page 1.

But, why are your packages blue, cyan, green?

The reason you get Bronze, Silver, Gold is because of medals. If you get the Gold package, you're a winner bigger winner than if you get the Bronze. But even if you get the Bronze, you're still a winner.

If people don't make that association, they make this one: gold is more expensive than silver, silver than bronze. The Gold package must be more valuable, so it's okay it costs more.
