Error on Wordpress sitemap.xml?

I have a problem with xml sitemap on worpress.It is not recognized by webmaster tool and show the notification it is blocked by robots.txt. But Checked, It is not blocked by robots.txt. Please help me how to solve this problem.

May be you are added the working site url but not into sitemap xml codes .

How? Does it say "Psychic Warriors - We Read Minds!" in the top banner?

We'd need the website URL to get somewhere. There's not even enough information to make a guess here, and I get the feeling that the little that there is might be steering us to the wrong direction.
