The best way to do it is by manual method search for your niche blogs. You can do it just typing 'top "your niche" blogs' or can type '"your niche"+ blogs'. Once you have find them contact them personally through their contact pages. I am sure you will get some response.

I usually ignore the 'no follow' and 'do follow' thing while commenting . Provide quality comment and build your authority. No follow links from trusted domains will help you to increase your page rank and you will also get quality traffic.

The part about nofollow is obviously false.

If you're commenting for "quality traffic" you're just as deluded, but at least that's technically possible. But are you ever going through comments and thinking "Wow, this guy is good, I gotta check his site!"? You're not, and neither is anyone else.

Maximum blogs are dofollow,but in comment section manually bloggers uses nofollow attribute.

keyword "comment here" (e.g. health tips "comment here")

keyword "add comment"

keyword "submit comment"

keyword "add url"

keyword "submit url"

keyword "submit a site"

And Add ons to check NoDoFollow sites.
