Search in Google with keyword as "high PR social bookmarking site" and you will get a lot of results. you will get a list of fresh sites. What I have is of 2 years back in which some of them may not be working as of now.

There are only few websites where you links are published most of instant approval links get deleted after few days. Links given by fellow member "kittiparty" are still good. Post new urls from blogs, articles and related links that point to your website will help more.

No follow/do follow won't matter in the bigger context of things. Social bookmarks are a good part, small part of the strategy but shouldn't be the majority of your 'link building' campaign. But they definitely have their place!

You can't get a properly high bookmarking list on any website beacsue in every list you will find a lot of websites which are not working or shut downed. So, You need to work yourself for better results. Be frank, it's not an hour work. You need to work for hours for it and need to monitor and update the list as well because their are lot of website which stops working. Or other wise you can go for 8-10 most popular website like reddit, stumbleupon, delicious etc.
