Aiming a little too high?

Ok so this may be a little ambitious, but hey I'll try and see. I was searching for a new printer and as always just had a nosey at the keyword tool and my domain registrar.

"all-in-one printer" exact search by month - 18,000
domain name all-in-oneprinter.com wasn't owned any anyone

Now heres my question. With adequate content how strong is the domain name in googles view.

I'll be marketing the beejeesus out of it, but how much weight is put on the domain name

    It definitely helps a lot, but is only one of many factors and that niche is a highly competitive niche. You will need significant backlinks to compete for that keyword.

    One of the big advantages to a keyword domain name is that everyone who links to your website using just your domain name will always include your targeted keyword in the anchor text. Over time this advantage can really add up to a lot of saved effort and that equals saved money. Being realistic, you need to understand that you will need to work very hard to rank for a competitive keyword before you will see any payback.

    Keyword domain name ranking influence? Who knows in reality. My take is Matt Cutts said it helps "a little", but that was before they started talking about focusing more on "branding" earlier this year.

    So it might add 1-2% to the ranking factors?
