target keyword help!!

hello,
1.Just assume i want to write a post on "what is domain name".Now actually i need to know what should i keep here as my target keyword("what is domain name" or only "domain name")?
2.Target keywords are those with whom one wants to rank in the search engines. Do correct me if i am wrong.
3.If suppose i keep "what is domain name" as my target keyword then will i have to use the same line in the h1tag, body content, url of the post? Or should i use some lsi keywords for that line(what is domain name)
4.Can there be 3 or more target keywords in a single post , i mean except for the target keyword(what is domain name)?
