De-indexing by Bing or Yahoo for link building?

Has anyone been de-indexed by Bing or Yahoo for link building?

I am getting more and more traffic from Bing and Yahoo in general.

Many of my websites have been de-index by Google in the past, but see they are still on Yahoo and Bing even with heavy link building from the past. So I am condering link building again on Google de-indexed Amazon associate websites.

Does anyone have experience with link building and de-indexing in Bing and Yahoo?

Thanks

There isn't any difference from backlinking for Google than Bing or Yahoo.

Quite honestly Bing and Yahoo usually uses results from Google sometimes verbatim for their searchers. Google actually did a case study themselves to prove that Bing is just basing their S.E results from Google. This may have changed somewhat, but for the most part it is largely the case.

Doesn't match my recollection of this incident. Bing was copying Google's top result or results, and they got caught when there were typos that Google corrected. But this was back in 2011 or something.

Bing's results on overall are much different. Just run a SERP tracker on couple of sites. If Bing just copied results as you suggest we would not see the kind of discrepancy between the results that we usually do.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      What's your excuse?

I've found the de-indexing on my 2 sites almost identical - Google and Bing.

I have seen website been de-index by Google but not by Bing or Yahoo.

Could it be that Bing and Yahoo are more lenient with their rules?
