How to use high PR / Backlinks domain?

I have just learned how to get high PR domains with decent backlinks. Now my question is . . .

1) Let's say my main domain is www . ABCD . com that does not have any authority. So what strategy will work.

a) To get high PR/backlinks domain & move entire website there.
or

b) To buy multiple high PR/backlinks domains put various articles there and backlinks to main domain that does not have authority where I am actually selling something (i.e to promote in article about my service and provide a link to www . ABCD . com).

2) Further my website is a static HTML website & does not have much content. So if I go with plan a then will that be ok to put the article in sub folder where I will install WP. e.g www . ABCD . com / BLOG. In other word is there any need to put articles be in root folder?

  • Build and develop your own PBN.

    It will cost you money up front but it will be a valuable asset in the future and it will keep you from buying links from the SEO Impostors trying to make a quick buck.

    For Strat A...

    -Build domain authority. You can do this with domain authority stacking.

    - High PR PBN is a great place to start regardless of what strategy you use.

    -HTML can rank just fine but if you can use WP to make the process simpler why not use WP?
