how to out rank these type sites in google search?

well today i m searching for some affiliate sites related to health niche and while browsing i found lots of one page wordpress websites which have only product description and policy page.when i checked their url in open site explorer their DA and PA are only under 15/100 and root domain is only 2 and yet they are ranking to top for the buyer keyword so i want to know is there any chance of outranking them from their position.

    Since I don't know your SEO skills and your resources, I can't say you can overtake them. I can, however, say that lots of people can.

    Well, if your SEO skills are at least of an intermediate level, then it's a great thing to have terrible competition isn't it?

    But like the above posters said, until you try, there is no guarantee you can or cannot outrank them as we can only take the information you provided at face value and we don't know anything about the exact niche you're talking about and nothing about your SEO skills as well.
