You can try linksearching (dot) com. Or just Google! type your keywords / variation of them and add a 'blog' behind it.

What kind of blog site do you have?
Why do you want to produce easy backlinks? leading to link scheming.

If you can afford the expense, purchase the ScrapeBox software. It can do that kind of task and many many many more. That is a serious tool for serious webmasters.

Is it still useful to comment related blogs? Most of them are no follow so is only better for traffic not seo.

Drop my link is good way to find blogs and start commenting.

Other way is to find competitors backlinks from various backlinks extractor tools like backlinkwatch.com , open site explorer, majestic seo tools, ahref.com , 99webtools etc.

I would suggest hiring someone to find relevant sites to your site and have them contact the owner to see about guest posting opportunities. This is a great way to reach different audiences and build up your backlink profile.
