Most useful SEO data metrics for evaluate a site rank

A few years ago PageRank is most popular metrics used by IMers and SEO experts to measure the SEO score of a site. Until it never update anymore, many folks said that PR is useless now.

But there are many others SEO data metrics provided by several services such as:
Moz: DA, PA, Moz Rank etc
Majestic: CF, TF etc
Alexa:
Semrush
and many more

So how do you evaluate your site or which data you most frequently used as a benchmark to measure a website rank?

    Most of the sites and SEO individuals prefer DA as a factor to measure the authority of a site. I too usually used this as a factor in acquiring back links. Since i usually write guest posts in tech blogs, i have habit of finding the right blogs to post my content using DA as one of the factor. I too have seen some admins giving do follow back links only for the sites which have more than 60 DA.Out of other metrics, DA is one of the reliable metric to value a site.

      How about PA? DA & PA are metrics from the same service (Moz), but sometimes a site with high DA has a low PA.
      If a site has high DA but low PA metrics, do you think it's good or bad?
