Hello, i have been contacted via email by person who is offering me domain name in my business category, lets say i have a website eg.
"www.no1newyorkcleaningservices.com" and this person is offering me domain name "www.newyorkcleaningservices.com" the price he is asking is 200$ my question is
why would i need this domain?

what benefits would i, my business and my website get from this domain from SEO perspective?

what can i do with this domain when i dont want to delete my website from my old domain and i dont want to necessary create new website on this new domain

also my website in google is on the bottom of second page and iam using google adwords

    I was a fan of exact match domain (EMD). Google did like EMD until 2014 something. Back then, whenever I get an EMD, all I need to do is write 2 posts and then get the backlinks and it will be ranked #1. However, after that, Google seems to ignore EMD, especially new domains. Tons of authority blogs was ranked higher than me for the same keyword, even if I used EMD.
