We are trying to pick a domain for our adult/sex shop. We are wondering the following:
What are the potential positive and negatives (opinions and facts about SEO, etc) of having the term 'sex shop' added into the domain like this - ********sexshop.com? (* = two 4 letter words)
What about the length of the domain... is shorter better? This question is also in reference to whether adding 'sexshop' to the name makes it too long?
Is labeling that we are a sex shop the smarter thing to do? Or is it not needed to let people know what we sell in the domain?
Does being an adult/sex shop already put you in an adult category with google/filtered out with safe search even if it doesn't have adult keywords like 'sex' in the domain name? Or does that only happen when adult keywords are put in the domain?
